Fits 1971-80 Scout II, Terra or Traveler
Uses a relay style ignition switch with remote switch box instead of the mechanical rod style ignition switch found on the factory steering column.
Includes hardware, conversion wires, and everything needed to convert to this modern column
LATE SCOUT II OWNERS - WILL NEED TO REPIN THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH. The pigtail pre-pinned is designed for early pre-77' Scout II only.
Column is shorter than factory on the firewall side. A long piece of 3/4" DD shaft is included with your purchase to use and replace the shorter 3/4" DD shaft on your existing Borgeson conversion kit.
