Have been using the IH parts America body panels for years. The above review states it's ok to place body bolt between body mount and cover it with the floor. Bad idea, How do you remove the bolt in future with the floor covering the bolt head! After installation of the floor drill through floor and body mount to install body bolt.

Good product! Heavier gauge than the original. Was concerned that there was no recessed bolt hole for body mount, but who needs it? The floor pan covers the bolt anyway.

 

Q: So the body mounts under the driver and passenger on my truck are basically completely gone, rusted to dust. So i am assuming that this welds under the floorboard (also going) and the large flat part is basically the firewall and then the folded section is the mount for the wedges? Is there a good reference you guys have for how these mounts and wedges go together?
