714 HYDRAULIC TRANSMISSION FLUID (ATF)
SWEPCO 714 Hydraulic Transmission Fluid is formulated as a
heavy-duty, high-performance oil which has exceptionally
good results in even the most demanding applications. This
ATF meets and exceeds the tough requirements of heavy duty
service in Caterpillar TO-4 and Allison C-4 transmissions.
It has also been used in place of most automotive service
transmission oils, including Mercedes A-001-989-073, typical
Dexron Oils, including Dexron III & VI, Mercon V, Chrysler
ATF+3 & ATF+4, Allison Transynd.
714-20 does a superior job in Dodge, Ford and GM
pickup transmissions; it reduces operating temperatures,
provides a more positive shift and prolongs the life of
the transmission. In real-world fleet experience,customers
have experienced as much as 5 times longer transmission
life, even with longer drain intervalsand trailer towing.
The high VI base stock, along with special extreme
pressure, detergent and anti-wear additives provide
protection not available with other oils. It will take
more heat than competitive brands without oxidizing and
varnishing and will provide longer transmission life. No
other oil that we know of has a higher additive,package
than 714. We refuse to skimp on quality, so you can always

Note: 714 is not recommended for CVT & DCT transmissions.
